After spending much of my first 25 years in a swimming pool as a competitive swimmer, I found myself settled into the routine of life. Moving to the dreamy little Heber Valley in the Wasatch Back, I had very little experience outdoors. I soon discovered I had the perfect playground right in my backyard. I am so grateful the stars aligned to bless my life with a community of amazing, adventurous women.
As we began to play together outside, I discovered so many new things about myself. Moving my body makes me happy! Fresh air recharges my soul! I can do hard things and really, really like how it makes me feel. Women are so good together! We buoy each other up and inspire each other. Laughing with friends is healing.
Being outside has become as essential to my day as breathing and eating and sleeping. It fuels my brain, recharges my passion and makes me the best version of myself. I am not an amazing athlete or an expert outdoorswoman, but I love being outside and connecting with my friends. Movement has added so much color and joy to my life. I want to share my passion with other women who are ready to ignite their own lives!
