Ladies Intro to Open Water Swimming 7am

Service Description

Ever wanted to do a triathlon or just feel comfortable swimming in open water? This clinic is for you!! We will meet at Jordanelle State Park at 7 AM on June 28th. The clinic will go until around 8:30am. Bring a wet suit, swim suit, towel, flip flops, goggles, bright cap and a smile! YOU MUST BE A PROFICIENT SWIMMER AND BE ABLE TO SWIM 500 yards without stopping in a pool. In this clinic we will cover everything you need to know about: wetsuits, goggle comfort and care, open water technique, breathing techniques and more.
